Prestige Realty offers a flat fee listing program. This is a low cost, home marketing solution that has been gaining
popularity across the country and is now available in our area. The MLS is the most effective tool used to market homes.
The $395 fee to Prestige Realty gives you a 6 month listing in Trend MLS, the system that is used by local REALTORS to
find properties for their buyers. It is up to you what you offer to the buyers' agents, anywhere between 2% - 3% of the
sales price. The current average compensation in our area is 2.5%. If you sell your home yourself you won't have to pay
the 2% - 3% commission that you have offered out. That fee is only due if an agent brings the buyer. We have unbundled
our services with this program. You can now choose which services you want. You can order just the MLS listing or add
the contract negotiation service if you choose:

  • 6 month listing in local MLS $395 (Includes up to 12 photos)

  • 6 months on REALTOR.com included with MLS listing

  • Professional appointment scheduling (Included with MLS Listing)
       (This is a full time appointment scheduling company that will set the appointments for the
         agents that want to show your home to their buyers)

  • Free use of Lock Box

  • Free changes made on your listing

The following are add on services. They are optional:

  • Contract negotiation & writing service 1% of sales price paid at settlement                                                                                        
    (This includes inspection negotiations and handling of documents to the attorney for settlement)

  • 6 month extension in MLS $79


The $395 fee is for a listing in the MLS only. You will be responsible for any other advertising or open houses you would
like to do. We will also provide you with a contact to a local lender that will pre-approve your potential buyers if they are
not already approved for a mortgage. If you don't feel comfortable handling the sale yourself we provide a full service
option for 3.95% of the sales price paid at settlement. This includes a buyers agent compensation of 2.5% offered out in
