Buyer Rebate Program
This program is simple. All you have to do is buy a home using our buyer agent
service and we will give you 10%* of our commission at settlement to go towards your
closing costs. We have access to the MLS system so we can show you all listed
properties available that fit what you are looking for. It doesn't matter what company
has the property listed, we can show them all to you. And the best part is our
service is free to you as a buyer. When a company lists a property for sale they
offer out a percentage of the sales price as compensation to the buyer agents. (it is
usually around 2.5%) Even some For Sale by Owners are willing to offer
compensation to the buyers agent, so we may even be able to help you in the

*You must mention this promotion before entering into a buyer agency agreement with one of our
agents, so we can write it into the agreement. The commission paid to Prestige Realty must be at
least 2.5% of the sales price in order to receive a rebate.
